- Floors vacuumed and mopped
KITCHEN
- Countertops and backsplash cleaned, items removed and replaced
- Sink scrubbed and disinfected
- Sweep, mop and disinfect floor
- Clean inside and exterior of microwave
- Small appliances wiped down
- Cobwebs removed
BATHROOMS
- Sink cleaned and disinfected
- Tubs and showers cleaned and disinfected
- Toilets cleaned and disinfected
- Counters wiped and disinfected
- Empty trash
- Clean and disinfect floor
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
- All furniture dusted
- Glass surfaces cleaned
- Empty trash
- Vacuum and mop floors
COMMON AREAS
- Vacuum and dust
- Steps vacuumed and wiped down if needed
FIRST-TIME CLEANING
- All items above
- Wash all baseboards and woodwork
- Wash ceiling fans
- Wash exterior of all cabinets
ADD-ON SERVICES
