Do you use my cleaning supplies or bring your own? We use our own supplies to clean your home. Our employees are trained to know what to use in every area to ensure a superb cleaning each visit. We do need to use your vacuum to avoid cross contamination. We will use our own vacuum in case yours is not working properly. Do I have to be home when you clean my house? We understand you may want to get to know us, so if you would like to be at home when we clean, that's fine, but it's not a requirement. The majority of our clients are not at home when we clean. If you will not be home for our service, we will need you to supply us with your key or other method of entering your home. We code all house keys and place them in a lock box for your security. Are you licensed and insured? Yes, we are licensed and insured for your peace of mind. We carry both liabilty and workmen's compensation insurance. Who will be cleaning my home? At You've Got It Maid we utilize a solo maid system, but occasionally a team of two may be used. Either way, your maid or team will know your house and your particular cleaning needs. Each employee is carefully screened and trained to maintain the highest standards when cleaning your home. What if I have to skip or cancel service? We ask that you give us 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. Giving notice less than that will result in a cancelation charge. Pets. We understand that your pets are your family, and we know how imporant they are to you. If your dogs are not comfortable with unknown people in your home, are aggressive or afraid of vacuum cleaners, please make sure they are secured while we clean. We will give pets treats only with your permisson. We do not clean up pet accidents; this includes cleaning litter boxes or crates. |
